TEXAS CRAB GRASS 
3 tbsp butter
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed
1 can crabmeat
3/4 c Parmesan cheese
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise

Melt butter in sauce pan. Add onions and sauté until translucent. Add spinach. Add crabmeat and cheese. Mix thoroughly over low heat. Transfer to chafing dish and serve with crackers or melba rounds.
