1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant pudding

Mix and let set 5 to 10 minutes.

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Fold into the above mixture. Put between layers of cake (lemon-pineapple is good) and on top and sides. Garnish with mandarin orange slices. If frozen, set out one hour before serving. Good!
