ROAST PORK 
1 (4 to 5 lb.) pork loin roast

MARINADE:

2 c. dry sherry
Juice of 1 fresh lime
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. fresh paprika mashed
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
Marinade meat overnight!

Mix together all ingredients and pour over roast. Marinate overnight if possible. Roast at 325 degrees, basting occasionally until 185 degrees for approximately 3 hours. Serves 6.
