COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 can apple pie filling
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients except pie filling. Pour into jelly roll pan or cake pan. Place apples slices in rows and drizzle juice of apple filling over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Drizzle powdered sugar frosting while still warm. Sprinkle chopped nuts over frosting.
