FRENCH SLAW 
1 cabbage, grated
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. mustard

Bring above dressing to boil. Stir. Add dressing to cabbage, pepper and onions. While still hot put in refrigerator. Let set overnight.
