CAESER SALAD 
2 anchovies
1 tsp. garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. Grey Poupon mustard
3 dashes Worcestershire
1/2 lemon - juice
Dash vinegar
Parmesan cheese
Croutons
Coddled egg
Romaine lettuce

In wooden salad bowl - chop two anchovies with 2 forks. Add 1 teaspoon garlic, 2 tablespoons olive oil - mix well. Add 2 teaspoons mustard, 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 squeezed lemon juice, dash of vinegar - mix. Add cut greens with Parmesan cheese, croutons, coddled egg. Toss and serve immediately.

Coddled egg - place whole egg in cup of boiling water - let stand for several minutes.
