BAKED PORK CHOPS 
Makes 6 servings. These pork chops get an old-fashioned flavor treatment that makes them extra tender and juicy.

1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water
1 c. catsup
6 pork chops, cut 1 1/4" thick

Combine mustard, flour, sugar and salt. Add vinegar, water and catsup; mix thoroughly. Pour mixture over chops in baking dish.

Bake, covered, at 350°F 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Or, when the pork chops look almost done, turn off the oven and leave in the oven to finish cooking.
