CINNAMON AND SUGAR ROLL-UPS 
3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. butter
3 egg yolks
1 c. evaporated milk
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. water

Cut butter into flour until resembles small peas. Add egg yolks to milk and stir. Add yeast to warm water and blend into egg and milk mixture. Add to flour and stir in until blended. Add extra flour until mixture can be made into ball. Wrap in wax paper and chill 3-4 hours.

Divide dough into 4 sections. Mix 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 cup granulated sugar. Spread 1/8 cup of sugar mixture on wax paper or pastry board. Put 1 section on wax paper and cover with 1/8 cup sugar mixture and roll into circle. Cut into 8 sections (like pizza).

Roll each section from wide to narrow and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Repeat other 3 sections. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Remove immediately.
