CRUNCHY CHEESE AND HAM BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 cans Armour tender chunk ham with juices or use Hormel or 2 c. ground ham that has been cooked
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce (Texas Pete)
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all but nuts, then roll in nuts. Serve with crackers of your choice.
