QUICK SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1/2 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. onion, diced
Salt and pepper

Mix the above and put in buttered casserole dish.

IN SEPARATE BOWL MIX:

2 c. corn flakes
1/2 stick butter, melted

Top potato mixture with corn flake mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
