Fillet salmon Lemon Salt Pepper Butter Tear off 2 squares aluminum foil 18 inches and place on counter top one on the other. Place salmon chunks skin side down on the foil. Season with salt and pepper. Put the equivalent of two pats of butter on each piece. Squeeze 1/4 lemon onto each piece. Put one piece on top of the other, meat side to meat side. Fold top piece of foil around pieces of fish, making a tight seal. Turn this over onto second piece of foil and repeat procedure. Place in cake pan and put into oven set at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Carefully open packets (hot). Serve in desired amounts. |
