TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
BATTER:

2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour cream

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts (optional)

Bring butter and cocoa and water to a boil, then add salt, sugar, flour, egg, soda, and sour cream. Then pour into jelly-roll or large cookie pan (with sides) sprayed with Pam. Bake 22 minutes at 375 degrees. While baking, bring butter, cocoa and milk to a boil. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Spread on cake as soon as it comes out of oven.
