MEXICAN CHEF'S SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 head lettuce
1 chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tomatoes, diced
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 bag Doritos
1 (8 oz.) bottle Thousand Island dressing

Brown beef with salt, drain. Add beans and crunched chips. Combine all ingredients and toss gently with dressing. Serve immediately!
