SLICED APPLE CAKE 
3 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sliced apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream eggs and sugar together. Gradually beat in the oil. Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, then add to egg and sugar mixture. Fold in the apples and chopped nuts (mixture will be thick). Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
