CREAMY PASTA WITH BROCCOLI 
1 can cream of onion soup or cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. half & half
4 oz. uncooked fine noodles
1/8 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. oregano
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
Salt to taste

In a 10" skillet, combine soup, water and half and half, stir until smooth. Add pasta, basil and oregano. Bring to a low boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in thawed broccoli, 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese and pepper. Cover and continue cooking over low heat about 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Season to taste with salt. Serve with additional cheese if desired.
