HOT CIDER PUNCH 
1/2 gal. apple cider
2 c. orange juice
1 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. honey
1 cinnamon stick
5 whole cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 tsp. butter

Put all ingredients into a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 hour. Serve hot. Makes 3 quarts. (This can also be made in the crock pot. Simmer on high for 4 hours, then turn low to keep it warm.)
