ROLLED PECAN COOKIES 
1 c. butter or 2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. ice water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tbsp. salt
2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. flour

Cream butter and sugar and add rest of ingredients. Roll into finger cookies.

Bake at 325°F and roll in powdered sugar.
