BLUEBERRY DELIGHT | |
1 yellow Jiffy cake mix, prepared as directed on pkg. 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip 1 can blueberry pie filling Few chopped nuts to sprinkle on top Prepare Jiffy cake as directed on package. Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Only bake for 1/2 the time as cake is so thin. Cool. Prepare 1 package instant vanilla pudding as directed. Beat in 8 ounce cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Spread pudding mixture over cake. Next spread blueberry pie filling over pudding layer. Next spread Cool Whip over blueberry layer. Finally sprinkle nuts over top to complete. Refrigerate. Best served next day so flavors blend. |
