1 c. light Karo syrup 1 c. sugar 1 c. peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. peanuts 6 c. Rice Chex In heavy saucepan, boil Karo syrup and sugar for 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla, mixing well. Add peanuts and Rice Chex, stirring well. Immediately transfer to 9x13 inch pan. Let cool and cut into bars. Do not refrigerate. |
