PARADISE PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell

Combine these ingredients and mix well and pour into pie shell.

LAYER TWO:

1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
Dash of salt
1 1/4 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Combine and mix well. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool. Brush top with maple syrup and garnish with nuts.
