BEET JELL 
6 c. beet juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 boxes sure-jell
1 sm. box raspberry Jello
8 c. sugar

Mix sure-jell, lemon juice and Jello with beet juice. Bring to a hard boil for 1 minute. Add sugar and boil for 6 minutes more. Remove from heat and spin off foam. Pour into jelly jars and seal. P. S. Realemon juice concentrate may be used in place of fresh lemon.
