CHICKEN IN MUSTARD SAUCE 
1/2 c. warm honey
1/2 c. dijon mustard
1/4 c. soy sauce
Curry powder to taste (I use 1 tsp.)
2 lg. garlic cloves, pressed
1 lg. fryer, disjointed and wiped with damp cloth

Mix together honey, mustard, soy sauce, curry and garlic in a bowl. Coat chicken pieces in mixture and place them close together in a baking dish; pour marinade over the chicken. Refrigerate for 8 hours turning in marinade frequently. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours, basting frequently. Serves 4 to 5.
