BACON SIZZLERS 
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. diced genoa salami
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
Bacon
Soft white bread

Soften cream cheese and beat in mustard. Add remaining ingredients. Roll bread lightly and trim crusts. Spread rolled bread with mixture. Roll up. Cut in half and wrap with bacon (I pre-cook mine slightly). Secure with toothpicks. Freeze or bake at 450 degrees 20-25 minutes or until bacon is done.
