Fresh spinach
6 carrots, grated
2 sm. cans of mandarin oranges
2 c. Colby cheese, cut in chunks
1 pkg. mushrooms, sliced
1 box variety pasta noodles
Parmesan cheese
Sesame seed oil dressing

Mix first 6 ingredients. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and add dressing. Chill before serving.
