BROWNIE PUDDING 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. cocoa (divided)
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 3/4 c. boiling water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Stir in milk, butter and vanilla until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread in ungreased shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle brown sugar and 1/2 cup cocoa on top. Place in oven - pour boiling water on top. Bake 35 minutes - cool 10 minutes before serving. Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
