ROTINI SALAD 
1 (1 lb.) box rotini noodles
1 (8 or 12 oz.) bottle of Italian salad dressing
1/2 to 1 med. onion
1/2 to 1 med. green pepper
1/2 to 1 med. tomato
Salt & pepper to taste

Boil rotini according to package directions. Meanwhile, chop onion, green pepper and tomato. Drain rotini, rinse with cold water. Mix rotini, salad dressing and vegetables in a large bowl thoroughly. Add seasoning to taste. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Makes 4 servings.

To turn this dish into a main dish, add 1 (6 ounce) can tuna, rinsed or 1 (6 ounce) can chicken breast, rinsed. Delicious!
