TANGY BARBECUE CHICKEN 
3 lb. chicken, cut into pieces
3/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. cider vinegar
3 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

1. Place chicken in a roasting platter with the meatiest portions towards the outer edge of the dish.

2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 25 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
