TANGY BARBECUE CHICKEN | |
3 lb. chicken, cut into pieces 3/4 c. catsup 1/4 c. cider vinegar 3 tbsp. onion, chopped 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1. Place chicken in a roasting platter with the meatiest portions towards the outer edge of the dish. 2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 25 minutes. |
