6 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 lg. can milk
1 lg. can water
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Cook in double boiler, stirring until thick. Pour into 2 baked pie shells. Add meringue.
