SPINACH DIP 
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
8 oz. can water chestnuts, chopped
3 green onions, chopped

Thaw and drain spinach until dry. Stir together all ingredients and blend well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Stir before serving.
