BLUEBERRY DESSERT 
28 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 lg. bowl Cool Whip
Additional nuts (optional)

First Layer: Crush Ritz crackers, add butter, sugar and nuts. Press into 9 x 12 inch baking dish; set aside.

Second Layer: Beat eggs, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread on top of first layer. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool.

Third Layer: Spread blueberry pie filling on top of baked layers.

Fourth Layer: Spread Cool Whip on top of layers. Garnish with nuts, if desired. Refrigerate overnight.
