PEPPER STEAK 
3/4 lb. beef cubes
1 1/2 c. tomatoes
1 c. chopped pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. water
2/3 c. brown gravy
1 can mushrooms
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Cook everything but tomatoes until soft. Add tomatoes just to heat. Serve over rice or noodles.
