1/4 c. corn oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
Bunch of spinach, torn into pieces
1/4 c. Baco's
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Mix oil, vinegar, minced garlic, salt and pepper in bottom of salad bowl. Put in torn spinach, mushrooms and Baco's. Toss until well coated. Sprinkle with eggs. Garnish with Baco's.
