FRYING PAN BEANS OR COWBOY BEANS 
3 to 4 pieces diced bacon
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 large can pork and beans
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. molasses

In frying pan, cook bacon and onion until bacon is brown. Add pork and beans, brown sugar and molasses. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer and cook until thickened. Tastes may vary, so feel free to add catsup, mustard or any ingredient you like in baked beans.

Serves 6 to 8.
