WONDERFUL FETTUCINI | |
1 1/2 sticks butter 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. heavy cream 1/2 c. shredded provolone cheese 1 lb. fettucini noodles Salt & pepper to taste Cream butter in a small mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in cream. Beat in cheeses and set aside. Don't refrigerate. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. Add cheese mixture and toss. |
