QUICK PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (14 oz.) pizza sauce
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. Bisquick mix
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs

Cook ground beef until brown, stirring to crumble. Drain off pan drippings. Spoon beef into an 8 inch square baking dish. Top with pizza sauce and cheese.

Combine Bisquick, milk and eggs; beat until smooth. Pour mixture into casserole covering evenly. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes. 6 servings.
