BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
1 c. thawed O'Brian or hash brown potatoes
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
5-6 eggs (depends on size)
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Dash pepper
May add finely chopped green pepper, mushrooms to taste

Crumble sausage in skillet. Brown and drain. Unroll crescent rolls. In 9 x 12 inch pan or pizza pan, press to form a crust. Seal perforations. Spoon in sausage. Sprinkle with potatoes, peppers, onions and mushrooms. Top with cheese.

Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees or until browned and set. Cut into squares and serve. Good for brunch with muffins and a fruit salad. Yield 6-8 servings.
