CHICKEN TANDOORI 
12 pieces cut-up chicken
2 c. onions, finger-tip size pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
2 green peppers, seeded and sliced
2 tomatoes, in bite-size pieces
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. ground dried coriander
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. chicken stock

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put the chicken pieces in a shallow baking pan with skin up. Pour melted butter over them. Sprinkle with all but stock. Add chicken stock to the pan and put in oven for 1 hour. Serve with prepared, steamed rice.
