LAURIE'S AMISH CHICKEN 
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. rice
1 c. cooking sherry
1 pkg. Lipton dried onion soup
4-6 chicken breasts

Mix soups in 13 x 9 inch pan. Pour rice evenly over soup mixture. Place chicken on top of rice. Sprinkle with onion soup. Pour sherry over top. Cover with foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
