HOBO BREAD 
1 c. milk, heat until warm
3 - 3 1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients and pour into 2 greased 1 pound coffee cans. Cover with the plastic lid. Let rise to the top so the lids pop off (1 1/2 to 2 hours). Bake at 350 degrees, 30-35 minutes.
