BLUEBERRY STREUSEL COFFEECAKE 
BATTER:

1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 lg. egg
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 c. fresh blueberries

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cream butter and sugar; beat in egg. Add dry ingredients and milk, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in blueberries. Pour in 9-inch square, greased, floured pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.

Mix together streusel topping ingredients, above, like crumbs. Put on top of cake before baking.
