CORN CHOWDER 
1 lb. Polish sausage
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
16 oz. can cream style corn
1 c. milk
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Dash of pepper

Saute sausage, green pepper, and onion in butter in a 3 quart saucepan. Add remaining ingredients; stir until cheese spread melts. Serve hot. Serves 4 to 5.
