EGG ROLLS 
1 lb. hamburg, browned, drained
1 lb. bean sprouts
1/2 med. cabbage
1 pkg. egg roll wrappers (can buy at Stop & Shop, Purity, Star in produce Oriental section)
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. Accent seasoning (optional)
1 beaten egg

Chop bean sprouts to shorten length. Dice up cabbage as you would for cole slaw. Stir fry in frying pan or wok with oil. Add soy sauce and Accent. Fry until crisp cooked. Add hamburg, drain in colander.

Take wonton wrap. Add filling with a corner towards you, lift corner to cover filling. Brush egg on edges. Fold side corners in and roll away from you. Seal opposite corner. Makes 12-16.
