SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 1/2 tbsp. bacon grease, lard or oil
2 onions, chopped
2 green pepper, sliced
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 lb. hamburger
Worcestershire sauce
3 lg. cans crushed tomatoes with puree
1 lg. can tomato puree
Italian seasoning, to taste
oregano, to taste

Melt bacon grease in large pot. Sauté onion, green peppers, mushrooms. Add 1 teaspoon garlic salt. Add hamburger and Worcestershire sauce, brown. Add all 4 cans tomatoes, bring to a boil. Add seasonings to taste, about 1 tablespoon. More garlic salt may be added to taste. Lower heat and simmer for 3 to 4 hours. Be sure to stir frequently. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.

Makes enough for 4 dinners.
