WHIPPED WHITE FROSTING 
5 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk

Combine flour and milk. Stir until mixture is no longer lumpy. Strain, if necessary. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until boiling and thick. Chill until ice cold.

Then add: 1/2 c. Crisco (solid form) 1 c. granulated sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until sugar is not grainy tasting and you have spreading consistency. This is almost like whipped cream.
