4 CHEESE MACARONI 
1 box of macaroni
1 stick butter
1 c. Swiss cheese cubes
1 c. Mozzarella cheese cubes
10 slices American cheese
1 c. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 sm. can evaporated milk
2 lg. eggs or 3 sm. eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook macaroni slow until tender, drain and rinse, let stand for 3 minutes. In the same pot, mix macaroni, and all the cheeses, eggs, milk, flour, salt, pepper and sugar. Slice butter in pads and mix in. stir well. In a casserole, pour half of the cheese and macaroni, cover with half of American cheese slices, pour remainder of macaroni mixture on top of cheese. Spread remainder of American cheese slices on top, sprinkle with pepper if desired. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
