PRETZEL SALAD | |
1 c. salt free pretzels, crushed 3/4 c. no salt butter 2 c. boiling water 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen whole strawberries, unsweetened 8 oz. lite cream cheese 1 c. sugar 16 oz. pkg. sugar free strawberry Jello Mix pretzels, butter and 4 tablespoons sugar. Put in 9"x11" pan and bake 6 minutes in 400 degree oven. Cream sugar and cream cheese together. Fold in whipped topping. After pretzel mixture cools, spread cheese mixture on top. Dissolve Jello in hot water and cut strawberries when Jello thickens slightly. Pour over mixture and refrigerate. |
