SPINACH AND EGGS | |
Quick and easy! Tastes GREAT!! 3 large eggs (beaten) 1 (15 oz.) can spinach (drained) 1/4 cup dairy sour cream 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 2 strips bacon (fried crisp and crumbled) 1/2 tsp. salt Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into medium skillet with 1 tablespoon of bacon grease. Heat on stove at low/medium temperature (covered) until stiff. Try a little hot-sauce on top for an extra kick. Submitted by: Forky |
