COLESLAW 
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 med. carrot
1/2 sm. green or sweet red pepper, finely chopped
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 c. raisins (or more)

In mixing bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, pepper, and onion.

For Dressing: Stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and celery seed. Pour the dressing over cabbage mixture; mix well. Cover and chill for 24 hours. Best if you wait 24 hours. Make the day before. 4 servings.
