CHICKEN AND HAM ROLLS | |
6 half chicken breasts, skinned, boned 6 slices ham, thin 6 slices Swiss cheese 1 med. tomato, diced 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped fine 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/8 tsp. salt Pound chicken breasts until thin. Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each breast. Mix together tomatoes, parsley and oregano. Put about a teaspoon of this mix on each breast and roll up. Mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic powder and salt. Roll each roll in this mixture and place in a greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for about an hour or until breasts are tender. |
