STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 
2 c. pretzels, crushed
3/4 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 med. size Cool Whip
1 lg. and 1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 pts. frozen strawberries or fresh

Mix pretzels, butter and sugar and spread into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool. Beat together cream cheese and sugar. Add cool Whip. Pour over crumbs. Mix strawberry Jello into boiling water. Add strawberries. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes for frozen, 5 minutes for fresh. It will gel quickly. Pour over all. Do not thaw berries first.
